Where are you located?
I work in a private studio located in unceded Coast Salish Territory "Vancouver", Canada.
Exact address will be given when your appointment is confirmed, as I work in an appointment only studio.
How do I book an appointment?
I have two sites for booking tattoos. One is for flash (pre-drawn designs), one for custom.
For Flash/Pre-drawn Designs: CLICK HERE
Through this site you can pick out flash & select a date and time for your appointment yourself!
For Custom Designs: CLICK HERE
This is an application for a tattoo form. *It does not guarantee an appointment.*
How much do you charge per hour?
I charge $180 hourly. (CASH ONLY)
For flash, I usually cap the cost at an agreed amount.
Daily minimum: $300.
I won't typically tattoo more than 5 hours.
Budgets are honored with prior discussion and agreement.
Do you take a deposit?
Once we have agreed on the design, budget and appointment date:
A minimum $100 is required to book and hold an appointment date
The deposit goes towards your total tattoo cost. (Example: The tattoo totals $360, you will owe $260 at the end of the session.)
If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, it will be taken off the total of our last session.
Larger / more intensive designs will require larger deposits.
Deposits are not a payments for a tattoo design/sketch.
The thing to remember about a deposit is that its an confirmation that you are serious about getting your tattoo and that your respect my time.
Deposits will be carried over one (1) reschedule. (72 hours notice is required so I can try to fill your appointment time!)
Deposits will be forfeited in the case of a cancellation or no-shows. No exceptions.
Deposits will not carried over to potential future projects if you chose to cancel or change your mind.
I don't live in the area, can I have another tattoo artist tattoo one of your designs on me?
Short & long answer, No. This is not common practice in tattooing, as artists are identified by their imagery. If another artist were to do another artists work, it no longer is that initial artists work and would misrepresent that artist whom you are trying to honor.
Will it hurt?
Yes, to some extent at least! Remember, everyone's pain tolerance is varied & it can vary depending on the location of the tattoo.
Making sure you're in a calm state, well fed, well hydrated, well rested - these will all help your experience.
If you are concerned about pain, despite precautions:
I do offer numbing cream. The numbing process can take about 30 minutes to an hour, so please allot this time in your schedule.
If you want to have numbing cream, please let me know before the appointment so we can start a little earlier & arrange application before your appointment time
Numbing cream will be an additional $40 charge.
